Requirements:- Minimum5 years related work experience with demonstrated success in toys/Electronic items/Sports itemsengineering- Experience on development and manufacturing of the electrical ride on products such as E-bike, scooter, skateboard - Experience working across a diverse set of stakeholders with positive results- Degree holder in business, engineering, supply chain management or equivalentSkills/Knowledge/Ability:- Must possess excellent analytical mindset- Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally- Thorough knowledge of factory operation and troubleshooting practices- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with collaborative mind-set and customer service mentality- Able to work independently and effectively in a complex environment with multi-location teams- Display good organization skills, professional interpersonal skills and presentation capabilities- Discretion and diplomacy when dealing with sensitive issues- Good analytical and problem solving skills
