Main Responsibilities (主要责任)
1) Review prototype with Product Development team under New product development stage and draft the Primary Concern subject to different country Safety / Reliability requirements.
在新产品开发阶段,与产品开发团队一起审查原型,并根据不同国家的安全/可靠性要求起草主要关注点。
2) Draft Product Specifications for customer upon request to determine all safety and reliability requirements.
根据客户的要求草拟产品规格以确定所有安全性和可靠性要求。
3) Communicate with Merchandising Department and relevant department staff to solve QA problems found.
与相关部门人员沟通,解决发现的质量保证问题。
4) Assist QA/QC Manager in handling QA issues raised form various departments.
协助QA / QC经理处理各部门提出的质量保证问题。
5) Communicate with vendor and other suppliers to ensure they understand the relevant quality standards concerning products and quality system.
与供应商和其他供应商沟通,确保他们了解有关产品和质量体系的相关质量标准。
6) Analyses customer returns to find out the reason for customer dissatisfaction. Take corrective action with parties concerned to improve or rectify any product problem.
分析客户的回报,找出客户不满的原因。 采取纠正措施,改善或纠正任何产品问题。
7) Carry out Production Pilot (PP) Run in the factories to ensure product meets the quality standards.
开展生产试验(PP)在工厂运行,以确保产品符合质量标准。
8) Follow-up any queries form customers regarding QA issues and go to factories to solve any QA problems.
跟进客户提出的关于质量保证问题的任何疑问,并前往工厂解决任何质量保证问题。
