Responsibilities：Design and developing new tooling methods. Collaborating with development teams and manufacturing personnel in tooling design. Creating drawings, using dedicated software. Researching new suppliers and tooling concepts.Overseeing the building of tooling. Negotiation of tool fabricating with vendors and suppliers. Quotes, vendor approval, vendors interface during fabrication. Outside fabricated tools inspection. Implementing and tracking projects to ensure tools fabrication meet the requirements/standards, and launching tooling into production.Tooling engineers sometimes travel to vendor sites to review their operations and ensure they are in compliance with requirements/standards of manufacturing. Offer technical assistance to quality assurance or manufacturing personnel. Evaluating and validating after tools built. Ongoing production, product design and manufacturing engineer team support. Requirements：Higher Certificate or Degree in Engineering Science or related engineering field, or proven related accomplishment from the career history.More than 3 years of Plastic Tooling relevant experience.Excellent technical skills in plastic tooling making, molding and relevant technical skills and knowledge include 2D and 3D modeling and tooling design.Good knowledge of manufacturing and export molds for toys.Injection molding knowledge.Solid analytical abilities in tooling and molding with strong problems solving skills.Effective communication skills.Good English writing and reading skills.Able to frequent travel to factories.主要职责：设计和开发新的模具，在模具设计方面团队合作，开创新的模具思维；监督模具制作过程，与供应商协商、报价、进行外部装配模具检查，实施和跟踪项目，确保模具制造符合要求/标准，并将模具投入生产；必要时前往工厂现场审查操作，并确保其符合制造要求/标准，向质检人员提供技术援助；对模具进行评估和验证。岗位要求：工程类相关专业，或获得过行业相关成就；3年以上模具相关工作经验；具备优秀的模具制造、成型技术技能和相关技术知识，其中包括二维和三维建模和模具设计；熟悉玩具模具的制造和出口；有注塑模具经验；具有较强的模具分析能力和解决问题的能力；具有较强的沟通协调能力；良好的英语读写能力；接受频繁出差。
